Gemtek Group provided consultancy, system design, metering & data monitoring equipment and commissioning services for the Gen-Y Strata Building and White Gum Valley precinct.

The state of the art energy and water smart estate was a pilot project for DevelopmentWA and the City of Fremantle to extend on previous research projects completed by Curtin University, Josh Byrne and Associates and Gemtek Group trialling energy and water efficiency in the built environment.

Gemtek Group also supplied and installed the Tritium RT50 Electirc Vehice charger as part of Synergy’s Electric Vehicle Trial and a community car share trial at the Shaq Multiresidential Apartment complex.
